Our Values

Shane Francis, Co-Founder & Director
Shane is an organisation and workforce transformation specialist who helps organisations tackle complex questions about how work gets done, who does it, and what capabilities will be needed in the future. Over the past decade he has been a Director at EY advising organisation across Asia-Pacific and Americas regions. Drawing on his experience as a COO in agribusiness and senior HR roles within Queensland Government.
Shane’s work spans organisational design, strategic workforce planning, labour model redesign and operating model transformation. His perspective is shaped by a simple observation: while many organisations invest heavily in designing the future state, far fewer focus on what will it take to operate it successfully. By combining strategic design with practical implementation, he helps organisations create workforce solutions that are not only well designed, but workable and sustainable.
